Growth Hormone Replacement in Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury and GH Deficiency

Dr. Jose Garcia, associate professor, Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine is PI of a $28M Department of VA Cooperative Study Program Grant to test the effects of growth hormone (GH) replacement in Veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and GH Deficiency. This is a multicenter study, leading 20 VA Centers across the U.S. over the next 4 years to test this intervention.
