Services
Priority is given to those 75 and older, those with complex medical conditions, and older adults living in King County. Services include the evaluation and management of health and cognitive concerns, physical exams, blood tests, immunizations, flu shots, foot care, and illness prevention. Staff also provides one-on-one teaching about safety issues relevant to seniors, such as fall assessment and prevention. HMC Senior Care Clinic has a limited home visit and telemedicine program for established patients who are unable to travel.
