Career Interests
I enjoy providing care to patients with complex medical illnesses as a geriatrician and palliative care physician. Some of the most rewarding aspects of my role are providing patient-centered care, facilitating difficult conversations, and working with interdisciplinary care teams. At the VA, I provide care to veterans in outpatient clinics, the inpatient hospital, and a subacute nursing facility. I enjoy teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and working on curriculum development.
